The recent service I received at Valley Motors was sort of a home coming for our Audi Allroad. My son had the car in Winston Salem at Wake Forest for the last six years and as he pursued a bachelors and masters degree. While there the car was serviced at Flow Audi of Winston Salem. When I brought it in to Valley Motors for service I was not quite sure what was due. Jen Palowski took it upon herself to call Flow Motors in Winston Salem to get the maintenance records. She then called me and we discussed the appropriate service. You have to be proud of this level of customer service. I can surely say I have never had a bad experience at Valley Motors or any Audi dealer. You had a solid product, great service, and now that the car has returned home you will definitely be the choice for service.

Letter to the President of Valley Motors regarding Mercedes Benz Service Advisor Harry Levy
Dear Mr. Fenwick
I had an issue with my car recently and called Harry Levy and told him about the problem. It was 4:30pm and he was scheduled to leave work at 5:00pm. Harry arranged for a loaner car and completed the paperwork necessary for this. Harry advised us that there would be someone at the shop until 6:00pm if we were delayed. Arriving just short of 5:00pm, Harry met us and took care of the problem with ease. I think you should know that you have a very valuable Service Advisor in Harry Levy. We have always been well-pleased with his help and advice. The problem which you have in your records was fixed on Saturday and we were able to pick up the car.
Please feel free to share this letter with Harry. We are very happy to have him take care of our Mercedes Benz.

Letter to the President of Valley Motors regarding VW/Subaru Service Advisor Sylvia Duncan
Dear Mr. Fenwick
I would like to commend Miss Sylvia Duncan for the outstanding job she did in your service advisory department. Sylvia is truly an asset to your organization, always focusing on customer satisfaction.
She is very knowledgeable of all aspects of her duties and is a "do what she says" person. I cannot recall a single time that I had my car in for service that Sylvia wasn't thorough, professional, and prompt while handling any concerns and requests that I might have. She is a true team member and someone that an employer would be proud to have as part of their team.
Kindly make this letter part of Sylvia's personal file and please advise her of my complete satisfaction.

I am the owner of a 1999 Volkswagen Passat. I did not purchase my vehicle at Valley Motors, although I shall do so next time. But I have had my car serviced there for the past four years. My service advisor, Bud Swiston, has always been responsive when I telephone to schedule an appointment for routine service or other service matters. My vehicle is treated with care, and the diagnosis and repairs are done promptly and correctly. When I wait for service to be performed, Bud always has my car serviced quickly so I am not made to wait any longer than absolutely necessary. Bud makes me feel as though I am one of the most important customers, and that makes me feel special."...
